Sara Benmouna Associate Immigration Lawyer

Sara Benmouna was born in Marseille, France. There, she graduated with a Master’s degree in International Business Law, pursuing her career in the United States to gain international legal experience. She received the Advanced Standing Scholarship & the Law Merit Scholarship for being a top-ranked student at St. Thomas University College of Law, Miami, FL. Sara earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and received her Juris Doctor with Honors.

Sara is an Attorney who represents companies & individuals in obtaining immigration benefits including but not limited to PERM petitions, investment visas, and business visas. Her combined expertise in different legal systems is a valuable advantage as she offers comprehensive solutions to international clients by understanding their businesses, strategies, and internal corporate structures in both countries.

Sara is a member of the Federal Bar Association, AILA, the ABA, and the ILS of the Florida Bar. With more than seven years of experience in the field of international business and immigration law and in addition to her personal experience, she can relate to the customers’ needs and understands the importance of the immigration law practice.
